Khanh T. Phan

As Program Officer, Khanh is responsible for executing the Fund’s grantmaking strategies through the review of individual grant requests and monitoring of grant commitments through their lifetime. She also oversees the Fund’s grants management functions. Khanh joined the Fund after nearly a decade in philanthropy, first as Special Assistant to the SVP of Programs at the Atlantic Philanthropies and later as Regional Coordinator of Resources for Health Equity.

A public health professional by training, Khanh has a deep passion for addressing issues related to access to quality, affordable healthcare services for underserved populations. She received her BA in Economics from Wesleyan University and MPH in International and Community Health from New York University. During her free time, she enjoys traveling and cooking with her two daughters.
