The Fred Hollows Foundation is committed to tackling the causes of blindness and vision loss in the developing world and growing their movement to end avoidable blindness.

Purpose of the Grant

To support Alina Vision Vietnam’s provision of free and subsidized cataract surgeries for 500 low-income patients in the Greater Hanoi, Vietnam area – and so also to advance the program towards break-even, sliding-scale fee revenue.
