About the Grantee

The New York DeafBlind Collaborative (NYDBC) is a federally funded grant (10/1/2023 – 9/30/2028) that provides technical assistance to improve services for children and youth who are DeafBlind between the ages 0-22. NYDBC is fiscally managed by the Research Foundation of the City University of New York (CUNY) and provides services throughout the entire state of New York.
