Purpose of the Grant

To support an evaluation of Dr. Shroff’s Charity Eye Hospital’s (SCEH) Allied Ophthalmic Professionals (AOP) Program, which trains young women from low-income backgrounds in India to become mid-level clinicians for careers at eye hospitals and clinics in SCEH’s catchment areas.
