About the Grantee

FUNDAL acts as a bridge to inclusion for students with deafblindness, visual and other impairments who need more specialized intervention in the beginning and then need support in the transition to mainstream education.

Purpose of the Grant

To (1) provide operating expenses for the Grantee from May to December 2020 in response to the COVID-19 crisis, (2) support the creation of a new digital transformation initiative leading to equal access to training materials and more efficient online services for all FUNDAL’s families, as well as an internet-based sustainability model for the future, and (3) allow the Grantee to repay a revolving bank loan maturing in June.
